Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment, including mechanical presses, assembly lines, automated systems, and facilities infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, and automation systems using best practices to ensure high equipment uptime.
- Execute and document preventive maintenance tasks using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Coordinate with external contractors and manage the procurement of necessary replacement parts.
- Uphold all safety regulations and collaborate with leadership to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned to support plant operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification in industrial maintenance or at least five years of equivalent hands-on experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in a production environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in the technical aspects of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with maintaining mechanical power presses and coil feed systems, as well as their control systems.
- Familiarity with CNC machining centers and laser or waterjet cutting equipment.
- Experience utilizing CMMS software.
