Responsibilities

Toolroom Management

• Lead Toolroom Operations: Design, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Inventory.
  
  
• Ensure timely Tool Availability (Production Support).
  
  
• Supervise Toolmakers/Technicians; uphold Quality/Safety.
  
  
• Manage Tool Tracking and CMMS system.
  
  
• Technical support for New Tooling, modifications, and repairs.
  
  
• Oversee CAD/CNC Programming and Workmanship.
  
  

Maintenance Management

• Develop Preventive/Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
  
  
• Manage Maintenance Team (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, etc.).
  
  
• Monitor Equipment Performance/Reliability; track metrics via CMMS.
  
  
• Ensure OSHA/Regulatory Compliance.
  
  
• Plan and manage Capital Expenditures (CapEx) for upgrades.
  
  
• Respond to Emergency Maintenance to minimize Downtime.
  
  

Strategic & Operational Duties

• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  
  
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
  
  
• Develop and manage Departmental Budgets.
  
  
• Lead Staff Training/Development.
  
  
• Maintain high standards of Safety, Housekeeping, and Environmental Compliance
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 6 hours at one timeworking up to 10 hrs of overtime per weekworking weekends
