Responsibilities

• Expertly cut, fit, and layer carbon fiber fabrics into complex molds according to precise engineering specifications.
• Accurately measure, mix, and apply resins and adhesives to ensure proper saturation and bonding.
• Set up and operate specialized curing equipment, including autoclaves and curing ovens, monitoring temperature and pressure cycles.
• Prepare, clean, and treat molds with release agents to ensure high-quality finishes and part longevity.
• Conduct visual and physical inspections of finished components to identify defects and ensure adherence to strict aerospace or automotive standards.
• Maintain detailed production logs, tracking material batch numbers, curing cycles, and quality checkpoints.
• Utilize various hand tools and precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
