Responsibilities

Expertly cut, fit, and layer carbon fiber fabrics into complex molds according to precise engineering specifications.
Accurately measure, mix, and apply resins and adhesives to ensure proper saturation and bonding.
Set up and operate specialized curing equipment, including autoclaves and curing ovens, monitoring temperature and pressure cycles.
Prepare, clean, and treat molds with release agents to ensure high-quality finishes and part longevity.
Conduct visual and physical inspections of finished components to identify defects and ensure adherence to strict aerospace or automotive standards.
Maintain detailed production logs, tracking material batch numbers, curing cycles, and quality checkpoints.
Utilize various hand tools and precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
