MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Material Science Engineering, or similar technical field.
- 2 years related experience in manufacturing.
PREFERENCES:
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO/TS/IATF 16949, ISO 17025 Quality Management Systems
- 2+ years of experience in the metals industry.
- Customer interface experience.

- Monitor and analyze metallurgical properties of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to customer specifications and industry standards.
- Investigate and determine root causes of internal and external product defects or failures, implementing effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Serve as a primary technical contact for customers regarding product performance, material selection, application questions, and metallurgical issues.
- Participate in new product development initiatives, including material selection, process definition, and testing protocols.
- Visit customer sites to understand their applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
