Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Install and maintain complex production machinery, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  
  
• PLC understanding: Utilize your understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to diagnose and optimize machine performance.
  
  
• Preventative Maintenance: Drive our TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) process to prevent downtime before it happens.
  
  
• Safety First: Diligently follow Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) procedures and hazmat disposal protocols.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work alongside process engineering to recommend equipment improvements and ensure 5S workplace standards.
