Master Electrician 1st shift (Flexible Hours) $50-60/hour Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Graduation from trade school or technical school in related discipline preferred
? 4 to 6 years of electrical maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and automation system maintenance experience
? Certification and/or License ?Master Electrician license or other location specific electrician license; master electrician preferred
salary: $105,000 - $121,000 per year

Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, test, install, and repair electrical parts, equipment and systems; install or replace circuit breakers, fuses, and variable speed
? Work on electrical equipment including but not limited to Frequency Ddrives (VFDs), contactors, overload devices, fixtures, switches, receptacles, and wiring
? Safely work with multi-phase, high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
? Troubleshoot and resolve control networks, instrumentation, PLC devices (Programmable Logic Control), HMI (Human Machine Interface), VFD, servo, and control problems
? Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
? Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, distribution systems, motor control centers, and motors
? Assist operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime
? Maintain communication with other departments, management, and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production
? Stay up to date on new products, equipment, technology and techniques
? Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, identify opportunities to improve processes
? Anticipate parts requirements for the tasks, follow proper purchasing procedures, and acquire parts ahead of anticipated task performance
? Perform and assist in all operations maintenance activities, in accordance with national, state and local electrical codes
