We are seeking a highly reliable and self-motivated Plant Sanitation / Facility Assistant to join our team in Naugatuck. This dual-role position is essential for maintaining our manufacturing standards, with time split evenly between cleaning/sanitation and shipping/receiving duties. Responsibilities

Production Area Maintenance: Perform daily washing of floors and walls in processing, milling, and packing rooms.
Facility Upkeep: Manage daily trash removal, clean warehouse floors, and perform periodic deep cleaning of ducts and equipment racks.
Pest Control: Manage the facility pest control program, including weekly inspections of Tincat devices and bug lights.
Inventory Management: Maintain supplies of cleaning reagents, PPE (hair nets, gloves, etc.), and paper goods; monitor bleach concentrations daily.
Logistics Support: Assist in unloading shipping containers and loading outbound trucks.
Order Fulfillment: Pick materials for production and build outbound pallets for customer orders.
