We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced polisher/Deburrer  to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finishing, polishing, and deburring a variety of precision metal components, including stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys, ensuring they meet strict quality and aesthetic standards before shipment or further processing. This role requires precision, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous polishing, buffing, and blending on surfaces of various metal parts (primarily stainless steel and aluminum) using manual and power tools (e.g., grinders, sanders, buffing wheels).
  
  
• Achieve specified surface finishes, including mirror, satin, brush, and matte, as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
  
  
• Identify and remove burrs, sharp edges, excess material, and machining marks from components using various hand tools, files, scrapers, and automated deburring equipment.
  
  
• Clean and prepare parts for subsequent processes, such as welding, anodizing, or plating.
