We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Industrial Powder Coating Technician for a company in middle Georgia. The qualified candidate will be responsible for applying heavy-duty coatings that protect and perfect critical equipment and structures. We require candidates who take pride in delivering a flawless, durable finish and have proficiency with an industrial spray gun. Responsibilities

• Coating application: Applying powder using manual or automated spray guns, adjusting settings as needed for part requirements.
• Oven operation: Loading coated parts into ovens and setting the correct temperature and time for proper curing.
• Quality control: Inspecting parts during and after processing to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Equipment maintenance: Maintaining and cleaning the spray booth, ovens, and other equipment.
• Record keeping: Completing logs and reports as needed, such as tracking powder usage or production data.
