responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical expert for all powder metal production processes for a new facility
- Lead equipment specification, design reviews, and the commissioning of new plant machinery - working directly with vendors and engineering
- Drive initiatives to ensure high yield and product quality, and resolve complex equipment and quality issues, including new product introductions
- Champion safety compliance, document Intellectual Property, and provide essential technical training and support throughout the production floor
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Metallugy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar field
