Join a rare earth's organization that is seeking a Process Engineer with a focus in Powder Metals in the DFW, TX. Responsible for designing, commissioning, and optimizing powder processes throughout a new facility. You will bring a Bachelors degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or similar, and 3+ years in powder metal processing. responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical expert for all powder metal production processes for a new facility

  • Lead equipment specification, design reviews, and the commissioning of new plant machinery - working directly with vendors and engineering

  • Drive initiatives to ensure high yield and product quality, and resolve complex equipment and quality issues, including new product introductions

  • Champion safety compliance, document Intellectual Property, and provide essential technical training and support throughout the production floor
Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Metallugy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar field

  • Powder Metals (PM)

  • Process Engineering
