Join a rare earth's organization that is seeking a Process Engineer with a focus in Powder Metals in the DFW, TX. Responsible for designing, commissioning, and optimizing powder processes throughout a new facility. You will bring a Bachelors degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or similar, and 3+ years in powder metal processing. responsibilities:

Serve as the technical expert for all powder metal production processes for a new facility
Lead equipment specification, design reviews, and the commissioning of new plant machinery - working directly with vendors and engineering
Drive initiatives to ensure high yield and product quality, and resolve complex equipment and quality issues, including new product introductions
Champion safety compliance, document Intellectual Property, and provide essential technical training and support throughout the production floor

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Metallugy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar field
Powder Metals (PM)
