Are you a problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of technical precision and industrial scale? We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team and become a key architect of efficiency at our mill.

In this role, you won?t just monitor systems?you will master them. From optimizing chemical recovery to refining pulp quality, your expertise will directly impact our safety standards, environmental footprint, and bottom line.

salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Implement process improvements that increase throughput, reduce waste, and lower costs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and troubleshoot process deviations.
Work closely with operations, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to ensure consistent product quality.
Lead and support capital and process improvement projects from conception through implementation.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Utilize data analysis tools to assess process performance and generate reports for management.
Provide technical support, development of SOP?s and training to operations staff.
Stay current on modern technologies and industry best practices.
Interact with chemical, clothing, and equipment vendors for process improvement.
Support operations by learning other roles in the organization for future advancement.
