salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Implement process improvements that increase throughput, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and troubleshoot process deviations.
- Work closely with operations, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Lead and support capital and process improvement projects from conception through implementation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Utilize data analysis tools to assess process performance and generate reports for management.
- Provide technical support, development of SOP?s and training to operations staff.
- Stay current on modern technologies and industry best practices.
- Interact with chemical, clothing, and equipment vendors for process improvement.
- Support operations by learning other roles in the organization for future advancement.
