Sr. Product Metallurgist-Full time-Direct Hire- Sr. Product metallurgist (Aerospace/Metallurgy) is needed for a client near the New Castle/Butler, PA area. Full time direct hire role. Candidate must have experience working as a Metallurgist/Materials Engineer from the Aerospace industry currently or recent experience. Base salary $130,000 - $160,000 depending upon experience + relocation assistance+ benefits, 401 K and a great work culture.

responsibilities:

Oversees the investigation and disposition of non-conforming material (NCMs).
Instructs the Sales department by providing technical guidance and creation/revision of E-grades and remelt profiles to meet customer needs.
Responsible for developing and leading quality training for EQS employees.
Reviews production schedule and processing records to ensure that Operations follows procedures and sound metallurgical practices.
Travel (local, national and international) as needed to different facilities, conferences or customers
