Responsibilities

• Take ownership of production timelines to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime.
• Coordinate technical support with the Maintenance Manager to synchronize equipment repairs and auxiliary system optimizations.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve systemic production inefficiencies.
• Mentor and develop assigned staff through structured onboarding and ongoing professional development initiatives.
• Lead the charge in identifying potential safety threats and driving the implementation of preventive measures for the department.
• Experience or familiarity with plastics manufacturing processes (such as injection molding or extrusion) is preferred.
