A Global Manufacturer is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in Allentown, PA! Oversee the quality process for New Product Development from ideation to launch, evaluating root cause and corrective actions, while implementing new technology and process improvement for product quality. You will bring a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, knowledge in COPQ, and 5+ years of experience in quality. Offering excellent Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, Retirement options and Relocation assistance!

  • Lead quality planning for new product development from initial conception to launch

  • Identify root cause, implement corrective actions and document technical findings

  • Support Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at reducing waste and lowering costs

  • Implement new technology and procedure processes for product quality

  • Global travel 25-30%
Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering

  • 5-10+ years in quality and manufacturing

  • ISO 9001
