NetSuite Power User: You are highly proficient in NetSuite. You don't need a manual; you hit the ground running on day one.
The "Industrial" Edge: You have experience in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Environmental or Industrial sectors and aren't intimidated by complex operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Mastering the Close: Owning key segments of the month-end and year-end close to ensure institutional-grade financial accuracy.
Technical Deep Dives: Managing complex reconciliations and ensuring every entry stands up to the scrutiny of a top-tier audit.
Operational Support: Partnering with the AP/AR and billing teams to streamline cash application and billing accuracy.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying "bottlenecks" in the current accounting process and using your NetSuite expertise to fix them.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Technical: Strong GAAP knowledge and a obsession with the details.
