The Nuclear Test Engineer would be responsible for System Analysis & Strategy: Analyze embedded military systems to define and implement high-efficiency testing methodologies. Hardware & Environment Design: Design and develop custom test environments, specialized fixtures, and support equipment. Experience in the Commercial Nuclear industry is required.

- System Analysis & Strategy: Analyze embedded military systems to define and implement high-efficiency testing methodologies.
- Hardware & Environment Design: Design and develop custom test environments, specialized fixtures, and support equipment.
- Technical Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive test procedures, detailed analysis reports, and compliance documentation.
- Testing Execution: Plan and oversee the end-to-end execution of both qualification and production-level testing.
- Design Support: Participate in design reviews and provide "Design for Testability" (DfT) input to optimize product development.
- Manufacturing Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing Test teams and lead technical training sessions to ensure seamless production handoffs.
- Project Management: Manage task-level budgets, project schedules, and regular status reporting.
- Supplier Management: Specify technical requirements for and evaluate the performance of supplier components and third-party test services.
- Problem Solving & Execution: Utilize advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills to meet technical, cost, and schedule targets both independently and within teams.
