We are looking for a reliable and organized Shipping Specialist to manage our outbound logistics. As the final link between our facility and our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring that every order is packed correctly, documented accurately, and dispatched on time.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in "getting it right the first time."

salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to customer specifications and carrier requirements.
Logistics Coordination: Schedule pickups and track shipments using platforms like UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or internal ERP systems.
Documentation: Prepare essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing slips, and international commercial invoices.
Inventory Control: Monitor packaging supply levels and assist in periodic inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Quality Assurance: Inspect outgoing packages for damage and verify contents against purchase orders to minimize shipping errors.
Safety & Maintenance: Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack) safely and maintain a clean, organized shipping dock.
