Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to customer specifications and carrier requirements.
  
  
• Logistics Coordination: Schedule pickups and track shipments using platforms like UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or internal ERP systems.
  
  
• Documentation: Prepare essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing slips, and international commercial invoices.
  
  
• Inventory Control: Monitor packaging supply levels and assist in periodic inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
  
  
• Quality Assurance: Inspect outgoing packages for damage and verify contents against purchase orders to minimize shipping errors.
  
  
• Safety & Maintenance: Operate warehouse equipment  (pallet jack) safely and maintain a clean, organized shipping dock.
