• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 1+ years of experience in a corporate or CPA firm setting. 
• Reside within a daily commutable distance to Fort Lauderdale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire accounting cycle and execute the monthly financial closing for an assigned group of properties.
• Generate and deliver precise, timely financial statements on a monthly and quarterly basis to corporate leadership and property owners.
• Perform detailed performance analysis, investigating discrepancies between current results, planned budgets, financial projections, and previous year's figures for each location.
• Confirm that all operations adhere to corporate accounting policies, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and specific requirements mandated by ownership agreements.
• Regularly reconcile all bank accounts weekly and authorize and synchronize all P-card expenses for the portfolio on a weekly schedule.
• Prepare and submit all required monthly and quarterly tax documents (such as sales/use).
