Seeking a highly experienced professional with at least eight years of engineering experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in combustion systems and a proven track record in sustaining complex mechanical/electromechanical products, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to implement critical engineering changes.

responsibilities:

• Lead technical efforts to maintain and support current gas combustion heating products
  
  
• Analyze and solve difficult product problems to ensure high reliability and compliance with safety rules
  
  
• Implement projects focused on improving existing products, such as reducing costs and boosting performance
  
  
• Work closely with other departments (like design, production, quality and service) to put engineering changes into effect
  
  
• Make sure that all work meets the relevant heating industry standards and regulations
  
  
• Hep determine the cause of issues that come up in the field or during production and develop solutions
  
  
• Guide and teach less experienced engineering, sharing expertise across the team
