Join our client, a leader in boiler and water heater technology, as a Senior Sustaining Engineer to support and improve our existing line of gas combustion heating systems.

Seeking a highly experienced professional with at least eight years of engineering experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in combustion systems and a proven track record in sustaining complex mechanical/electromechanical products, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to implement critical engineering changes.

responsibilities:

Lead technical efforts to maintain and support current gas combustion heating products
Analyze and solve difficult product problems to ensure high reliability and compliance with safety rules
Implement projects focused on improving existing products, such as reducing costs and boosting performance
Work closely with other departments (like design, production, quality and service) to put engineering changes into effect
Make sure that all work meets the relevant heating industry standards and regulations
Hep determine the cause of issues that come up in the field or during production and develop solutions
Guide and teach less experienced engineering, sharing expertise across the team
