As a Technical Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from end-to-end-transforming multi-stakeholder feedback into scalable, high-impact features.

This is a high-ownership role situated at the intersection of user experience and technical execution. You will be responsible for building and optimizing products that power meaningful, real-world interactions for millions of users across a diverse national landscape.

responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Discovery: Analyze feedback from external users and internal teams to identify market trends and define high-value product opportunities.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering to discuss APIs, data flows, and platform trade-offs; write detailed user stories and define technical requirements.
  • Design & UX: Collaborate with Design teams (in Figma and whiteboarding sessions) to simplify complex user flows for various personas and administrative leaders.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Utilize Google Analytics and internal dashboards to measure impact, run experiments, and adjust strategies based on ROI.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Prototype new ideas to validate hypotheses before development, lead go-to-market rollouts, and ensure quality through hands-on QA and troubleshooting.
 
qualifications:
- 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience

- Demonstrated comfort discussing APIs, system architecture, and technical trade-offs with engineering teams.

- Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, calculate business impact, and make decisions rooted in ROI.

- Proven track record of thriving in ambiguous environments and the perseverance to navigate through product challenges.

- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).

- Experience in SaaS, Fintech, or platform-based consumer products. - Preferred
