Experience: Candidates must have proven toolmaking and fixture machining experience.

- Proficiency with manual mills, lathes, and grinders.

Schedule & Compensation
- Pay: $34.00 per hour.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM ? 4:00 PM.
- Breaks: Includes two paid 15-minute breaks.
- Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch (employees punch out).

Responsibilities
- Fixture & Electrode Fabrication: Use manual mills, lathes, and grinders to machine fixtures for holding parts during EDM operations.
- Graphite Machining: Machine and dress graphite electrodes for sinker EDM operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect fixtures and electrodes throughout the run to maintain strict quality standards
- Technical Documentation: Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Material Preparation: Utilize bandsaws to cut materials as required.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate daily workflow with production management while maintaining good housekeeping practices in the work area.
