You will be responsible for interpreting complex blueprints and installing custom equipment that keeps our industries moving. Quick Requirements:

Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and BOMs.
Experience: Proven background in mechanical assembly, upfitting, or industrial maintenance.
Precision: Skilled in quality work checks, identifying defects, and performing rework to spec.
Safety First: Ability to maintain a clean, safe workspace in a production environment.
Physicality: Comfortable standing/sitting for long periods in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Upfitting: Perform the assembly, installation, and fabrication of equipment on truck chassis according to specific job orders.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and bill of materials (BOM) to ensure accurate assembly.
Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality checks to identify defects and ensure all products meet industry and safety standards.
Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot and rework assembled equipment according to engineering specification changes.
