Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage all aspects of a designated value stream, from raw materials to finished goods.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency using Lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Standard Work).
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by engaging and empowering team members at all levels.
Drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and other departments to achieve value stream objectives.
Foster a safe and positive work environment.
