Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage all aspects of a designated value stream, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency using Lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Standard Work).
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by engaging and empowering team members at all levels.
• Drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and other departments to achieve value stream objectives.
