salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members and management.
• Lead and support floor teams to ensure daily production goals and throughput targets are met.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Assign tasks, adjust labor as needed, and keep teams focused on priorities.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example in a hands-on environment.
• Report progress, challenges, and production updates to supervisors and managers.
• Help train new employees and reinforce process standards and safety expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient work area.
