Leading skincare manufacturer in Long Island, NY is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Weigh Operator for our fast-paced, GMP-regulated production team.

Requirements:

Experience: 1+ years in manufacturing (Pharma, Cosmetic, or Food preferred).
Math Skills: Proficiency with decimals, fractions, and conversions is required.
Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the full shift.
Communication: Must read/write English to follow formulas and SDS.
Knowledge: cGMP and SOP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Accurately weigh and measure raw materials (liquids, actives, and powders) strictly following the Master Batch Records.
Record all weights, lot numbers, and material verification data clearly on batch tickets to ensure full GMP compliance.
Safe operation of pallet jacks, drum lifts, and handling of heavy liquid drums/totes.
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of weigh rooms, scoops, and scales between batches to ensure zero cross-contamination.
Verify raw material labels against batch sheets before weighing and return excess stock to the warehouse with proper tagging.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing respirators, gloves, safety shoes, and eye protection.
