Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years in manufacturing (Pharma, Cosmetic, or Food preferred).
- Math Skills: Proficiency with decimals, fractions, and conversions is required.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the full shift.
- Communication: Must read/write English to follow formulas and SDS.
- Knowledge: cGMP and SOP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials (liquids, actives, and powders) strictly following the Master Batch Records.
- Record all weights, lot numbers, and material verification data clearly on batch tickets to ensure full GMP compliance.
- Safe operation of pallet jacks, drum lifts, and handling of heavy liquid drums/totes.
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of weigh rooms, scoops, and scales between batches to ensure zero cross-contamination.
- Verify raw material labels against batch sheets before weighing and return excess stock to the warehouse with proper tagging.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing respirators, gloves, safety shoes, and eye protection.
