Job Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: High School Diploma (HSD) or GED equivalent.
  
  
• Experience: A minimum of 3?5 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a production environment.
  
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.
  
  
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs as needed.
  
  
• Reliability: strong attendance record and a "safety-first" attitude.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak).
  
  
• Basic understanding of G-code and M-code. Pay rate will be based on
