responsibilities:

Advanced CNC Expertise (3-7 Years): Proven experience in defining, troubleshooting, and programming complex manufacturing processes, including 5-axis and mill-turn setup using CAM, CAPPS, and direct G-Code/Macro programming.



Full Turnkey Ownership: Ability to independently design fixtures/work holding, perform accurate time studies (10% tolerance), conduct test cuts, and manage full turnkey applications through final inspection and reporting.



Technical Sales Consulting: Active participation in generating order intake by consulting customers on technical needs, generating engineering proposals, and providing essential machine training after installation.



Diagnostic & Quality Focus: Proficiency in setting up and programming a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to ensure finished parts meet required quality and accuracy standards.
