We are urgently hiring highly skilled Field Service Engineers to be based out of one of our key regional tech centers: Los Angeles (Cypress, CA), Tempe (AZ), Minneapolis (MN), Dallas (TX), Houston (TX), Milwaukee (WI), Portland (OR), St. Louis (MO), Des Moines (IA), or Tukwila (WA).

This demanding role requires an independent professional ready for 50% or more regional travel, bringing: 3-5 Years of CNC field service: Deep, hands-on expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and complex repair of high-end CNC machine tools.

Relocation: Relocation assistance is offered for candidates willing to move to one of the listed hub locations.

responsibilities:
CNC Troubleshooting Experience (3-5 Years): Proven electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair expertise on CNC machine tools.

Technical Reading Skills: Ability to proficiently read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.

Customer Focus: Exceptional communication and customer service skills to manage relationships and difficult situations positively.

Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ within the assigned multi-state territory.

Controls Knowledge (A Plus): Prior experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and/or Siemens controls is highly valued.
