responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to active utility sites (trenching, shoring, paving, and bypass pumping) to ensure OSHA 1926 compliance and company standards
Lead daily tailboards and monthly safety meetings and maintain certifications
Stay ahead of federal and state (VOSH) regulation changes, updating company manuals and SOPs to reflect current industry best practices
Lead the integration of new hires
Work with Field Leads to identify
