• Supervise construction and modernization crews for elevators

• Coordinate crew schedules (short-term and long-term)

• Enforce company policies and safety plans

• Manage projects to ensure timely completion

• Coordinate material deliveries and requirements

• Oversee quality control

• Conduct modernization surveys and adjustments
