Randstad is partnering with a long-time client as they seek to find a Finance Manager for a newly acquired business unit. This position will report to an excellent Controller with a true down-to-earth personality. As the Finance Manager, you will need to possess excellent time management, communication, planning and organizational skills while meeting deadlines. You will be focused on forecasts, budgeting, cost variances, financial reporting, and the preparation of monthly financial statements. This position will be able to 2-3 days REMOTE per week. Responsibilities

• Maintain financial management flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Prepares, reviews, and delivers the annual forecast/budgeting process
• Collects/organizes financial application information and inputs into financial budgeting/forecasting model
• Build and maintain budget and forecast templates for use by the business partners
• Compile and present financial presentations according to business need
• Analyze procurement spend and rate variances to budget
• Manage special projects as assigned
• Review cost variances and pull out key drivers
• Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information
• Create ad hoc templates, reports, and analysis for use by managers to evaluate their businesses, including industry benchmarking
• Ability to work with large sets of data from multiple data sources (General ledger, PowerBI) to identify trends/variances
• Reviews capital request submissions to help control and maintain integrity in capital spend allocation
• Facilitates the annual capital plan and supports the annual capital presentation
• Possess organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Work with Accounting department to ensure accurate preparation of monthly financial statements (facilitate A/P, analyze GL account activity, prepare or review other supporting documentation)
