What You?ll Do Every Day

• Operate & Monitor: Oversee high-speed production machinery, ensuring smooth operation and steady output.
  
  
• Setups & Changeovers: Adjust machine settings and tooling to prepare for different product runs.
  
  
• Quality Excellence: Perform "first-piece" and hourly inspections to ensure every product meets our strict specifications.
  
  
• Problem Solve: Identify and clear minor jams or mechanical issues to keep the line moving.
  
  
• Team Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines to protect yourself and your teammates.
  
  

salary: $39,500 - $45,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Start up and monitor equipment (e.g., CNC machines, extruders, or packaging lines) to ensure continuous and efficient production.
  
  
• Setup & Calibration: Prepare machines for specific production runs by adjusting settings, changing dies or tools, and loading raw materials.
  
  
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of finished products for defects or non-conformities using tools like calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
  
  
• Minor Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep such as cleaning, lubricating parts, and clearing minor jams to prevent unplanned downtime.
  
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of production numbers, machine issues, and safety checks.
  
  
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
