Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, train, and mentor a remote team of Inside Sales Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets.

  • Revenue Generation and Account Management: Authorize customer purchases and bid proposals. Ensure the maintenance and growth of key client relationships and actively contribute to overall revenue goals.

  • Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with leadership to help formulate and execute data-informed sales strategies and operational enhancements.

  • Performance and Metrics: Monitor and analyze team performance against established company sales objectives and metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to the VP of Sales.

  • Operational Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Sales on matters related to day-to-day sales operations.
