Infosys is seeking a skilled Java Technology Architect
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java application development, object-oriented concepts, and web-based and client-server applications. This role requires proficiency in frameworks such as Spring (MVC) and hibernate as well as experience with both relational and non-relational databases. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Java technologies, cloud computing platforms, and modern architectural principles. With a strong focus on the technical aspects of solution design and implementation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. Proficiency in data architecture, legacy modernization, and hands-on experience with containerization and messaging systems is essential. Excellent communication skills and a self-driven attitude are required to collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholder
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
? At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
? Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
? Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time
? Proficiency in Core Java and J2EE and Springboot technologies.
? Experience with AWS OR Lambda.
? Experience with frameworks such as Spring (MVC) and Hibernate.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in Java application development.
? Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts, design, analysis, and programming.
? Knowledge of non-relational databases (NoSQL) and relational databases.
? Strong analytical, oral, and communication skills.
? Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
? Self-learner with effective time management skills.
? Familiarity with XML technologies and reporting tools.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions.
