We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 1st shift opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operational performance of industrial equipment and machinery. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, encompassing preventative measures, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to minimize downtime and maintain a safe working environment.

salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance (PM) on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs.
• Repair and/or replace defective parts, components, or systems on machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with production staff and other maintenance team members to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.
• May involve basic fabrication, welding, or machining tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
