Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Manufacturing Technician. This position is located near Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for maintaining the assembly equipment, as well as programming surface mount equipment, and performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. This position has multiple roles on 2nd shift.

The hourly rate for this position is dependent on experience ranging from $25 to $35 an hour, plus other benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:

• Program various pieces of surface mount equipment for use by production assemblers (pick
  
  and place, automated optical inspection, reflow ovens, and selective solder machines)
  
  
• Perform and document scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment
  
  
• Perform and document moderately complex repairs on production equipment
  
  
• Design solder stencils for production of PCB assemblies
