Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercialization activities across R&D, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Engineering.
• Track project timelines and deliverables in company systems.
• Support the transition from R&D innovation to market readiness (packaging, pricing, positioning, product info).
• Capture learnings from launches to improve future processes.
• Prepare marketing briefs, data sheets, and launch materials.
• Support execution of company?s brand refresh across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to bring brand strategies to life.
• Maintain brand standards, tone, and visual consistency.
• Coordinate creation and updates of sales and marketing materials.
• Contribute to communication plans that strengthen our market presence.
• Act as liaison across R&D, Sales, and Marketing to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate trade show, customer presentation, and rollout materials.
• Coordinate outsourced creative work and provide clear feedback.
• Monitor market trends and competitor materials to inform messaging.
