This role is for an experienced Project/Design Release Engineer who controls the full design, development, and testing cycle for new and existing products (requiring expertise in the automotive thermal industry/components), manages major projects, and provides technical direction to junior personnel.

• Take full technical responsibility for all new and revised designs, critically evaluating them against cost, manufacturing impact, and all safety/regulatory standards
  
  
• Project leadership, providing technical oversight to junior staff, and driving process improvements through Value Analysis and FMEA
  
  
• Actively scouting new materials and patentable features to meet project goals for quality, cost, and delivery
