The Core Mission You will be the strategic lead for multiple concurrent projects, overseeing everything from initial planning to final inspection. You?ll bridge the gap between technical field operations and high-level client relations, ensuring every project is delivered on time, under budget, and beyond expectations.
What You Bring to the Team
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of seasoned experience in project management, specifically within plumbing, mechanical, or commercial construction sectors.
- Technical Mastery: Deep functional knowledge of plumbing and medical gas systems. You must be able to dissect blueprints and technical specs with precision.
- Software Fluency: Procore proficiency is a non-negotiable requirement. You should be comfortable managing the full project lifecycle within the platform.
- Leadership DNA: A proven track record of supervising field crews and maintaining elite-level communication with stakeholders.
- Execution: The ability to juggle high-pressure deadlines and multiple job sites without losing sight of quality or safety.
