• Industry Expertise: 5+ years of seasoned experience in project management, specifically within plumbing, mechanical, or commercial construction sectors.
  
  
• Technical Mastery: Deep functional knowledge of plumbing and medical gas systems. You must be able to dissect blueprints and technical specs with precision.
  
  
• Software Fluency: Procore proficiency is a non-negotiable requirement. You should be comfortable managing the full project lifecycle within the platform.
  
  
• Leadership DNA: A proven track record of supervising field crews and maintaining elite-level communication with stakeholders.
  
  
• Execution: The ability to juggle high-pressure deadlines and multiple job sites without losing sight of quality or safety.
