Hello, NOW HIRING   -    Direct hire opportunity  Maintenance Refrigeration Technician on 1st (5am-1:30pm)   2nd (2-10pm)  and  3rd  (10pm-6am) shift ,                 in Schaumburg IL. The Maintenance Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the ammonia refrigeration system and related equipment, inside of a food manufacturing company.

• Monitors, adjusts and logs ammonia systems pressures and temperatures.
• Repairs and maintains all refrigeration related equipment including compressors, condensers, evaporator, pumps, valves, vessels and piping. 
• Repairs and maintains the glycol system associated with the refrigeration system including pumps, valves, tanks and piping.
• Maintains HVAC systems based on Epac or instructions given.
• Repairs and maintains the steam boiler and related equipment and piping.
• Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• HVAC experience highly desirable
• EPA certifed 
• Ammonia handling experience a plus
• 4+ years of experience preferred
