responsibilities:
Design and Development

• Design, develop, and validate electrical equipment and systems.

• Apply mathematical modeling and simulations to optimize designs.

• Design, develop, test, and source tools, machinery, and equipment.

Maintenance and Repair

• Inspect and diagnose machine malfunctions.

• Repair and/or replace defective parts or equipment.

• Ensure machinery is maintained to proper standards.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and train Maintenance Technicians.

• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

• Manage maintenance and engineering projects.

Improvement and Innovation

• Conduct research on new technologies.

• Implement Preventative & Predictive Maintenance programs.

• Recommend and implement process improvements.

Administration and Support

• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities.

• Support production launches and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.

• Prepare cost justifications for new investments.

• Continually develop technical skills and knowledge.
