Responsibilities

• Mechanical Expertise: Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex mechanical systems, including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  
  
• Precision Maintenance Skills: Proficient in executing critical preventative tasks such as machine alignment, changing industrial belts and bearings, and executing specific lubrication procedures.
  
  
• Technical Literacy: Essential ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturer manuals for installation and repair work.
  
  
• Electrical Systems: Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical components, circuits, sensors, and motor controls, 480V.
  
  
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs): Experience or strong familiarity with basic PLC diagnostics, input/output checks, and system troubleshooting.
  
  
• Welding and Fabrication: Experience in industrial welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG) for repairing or modifying equipment and structural elements.
  
  
• HVAC Systems: Experience performing maintenance and basic repair on industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  
  
• Inventory Management: Experience managing spare parts inventory, including checking stock levels, issuing parts, and anticipating future equipment needs.
