Our client, a leading CNC manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Specialist that can travel to client sites to perform preventative maintenance and PLC programming. Must have a minimum of 5 years in the maintenance space, along with customer service experience. Travel to client site from home. $25/hr-40/hr +OT!!!

responsibilities:

• Supports sales staff in equipment servicing
  
  
• Performs preventive maintenance and service at customer sites
  
  
• Supports maintenance performance monitoring
  
  
• Conducts root cause analysis and condition-based monitoring
  
  
• Implements reliability-centered maintenance approach
  
  
• Provides programming support and recommendations
  
  
• Recommends improved practices for efficiency and quality enhancement
  
  
• Offers support and training for operators and maintenance personnel
  
  
• Documents all service performed and future service needs accurately
  
  
• Ensures excellent customer service and satisfaction
  
  
• Prepares service reports and work order forms promptly and accurately
  
  
• Tracks expenses and completes reports in a timely manner
  
  
• Maintains a safe work environment within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines
  
  
• Flexible for overtime and travel requirements (90-100%)
