Randstad is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician ? Electrical for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you?ll troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, drives, and other production equipment, while performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has a safety mindset, 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team, work with a variety of equipment, and make an immediate impact on plant operations.

salary: $58,240 - $72,800 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including simple circuits, three-phase power systems, motor controls, AC/DC drives, PLCs, and servo drive systems.

  • Use digital multimeters to identify voltage issues, faulty wiring, blown fuses, faulty switches, terminal ends, circuit boards, breakers, and photoelectric controls.

  • Install conduit runs, disconnects, fuse boxes, relays, motors, motor controls, and brushes.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliable equipment performance.

  • Support a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
