Randstad is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician ? Electrical for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you?ll troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, drives, and other production equipment, while performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has a safety mindset, 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team, work with a variety of equipment, and make an immediate impact on plant operations.

salary: $58,240 - $72,800 per year

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including simple circuits, three-phase power systems, motor controls, AC/DC drives, PLCs, and servo drive systems.
Use digital multimeters to identify voltage issues, faulty wiring, blown fuses, faulty switches, terminal ends, circuit boards, breakers, and photoelectric controls.
Install conduit runs, disconnects, fuse boxes, relays, motors, motor controls, and brushes.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliable equipment performance.
Support a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
