We are looking for a dedicated Property Accountant to join our permanent and growing Accounting team. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we need a financial professional who values accuracy and integrity to oversee the full-cycle accounting for a dedicated set of assets.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Enter CAM, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and miscellaneous charges into software
• Prepare open item notices and commencement notices to tenants that require calculations
• Generate owner required A/R reports
• Filing of sales and use tax, property tax and other compliance activities
• Generate rent roll
• Answer tenant calls related to notices
• Prepare schedules and provide documentation for auditors
• Prepare various ad hoc reports
• Special projects as assigned
