We are looking for a dedicated Property Accountant to join our permanent and growing Accounting team. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we need a financial professional who values accuracy and integrity to oversee the full-cycle accounting for a dedicated set of assets.

This is more than just a number-crunching role; you will be a key partner, helping to drive financial performance and operational excellence. We are proud to offer a permanent position with a hybrid schedule, giving you the stability of a long-term career combined with the flexibility to work from home after training.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Enter CAM, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and miscellaneous charges into software
Prepare open item notices and commencement notices to tenants that require calculations
Generate owner required A/R reports
Filing of sales and use tax, property tax and other compliance activities
Generate rent roll
Answer tenant calls related to notices
Prepare schedules and provide documentation for auditors
Prepare various ad hoc reports
Special projects as assigned
