Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot & Repair: Resolve electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues to maximize equipment uptime.

  • Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.

  • Advanced Systems: Troubleshoot programmable controllers (PLCs), electronics, circuit analysis, and heavy industrial wiring.

  • Fabrication & Install: Modify and fabricate equipment and systems to meet evolving production needs.

  • Component Repair: Rebuild electrical and mechanical components using various test equipment.

  • Team Collaboration: Communicate maintenance status across shifts and participate in safety and quality continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience troubleshooting overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, and variable speed drives.

  • Electrical Expertise: industrial electrical experience is required.

  • Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.

  • Tech Savvy: Computer literate and familiar with Windows Operating Systems.

  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
