Take your career to the next level as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician in Washington! We are looking for a skilled technician to ensure our plant equipment and facilities stay in peak electrical and mechanical order to support continuous production.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot & Repair: Resolve electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues to maximize equipment uptime.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
Advanced Systems: Troubleshoot programmable controllers (PLCs), electronics, circuit analysis, and heavy industrial wiring.
Fabrication & Install: Modify and fabricate equipment and systems to meet evolving production needs.
Component Repair: Rebuild electrical and mechanical components using various test equipment.
Team Collaboration: Communicate maintenance status across shifts and participate in safety and quality continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience troubleshooting overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, and variable speed drives.
Electrical Expertise: industrial electrical experience is required.
Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.
Tech Savvy: Computer literate and familiar with Windows Operating Systems.
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
