Responsibilities

  • Handle basic client inquiries and requests primarily via email and live chat. This includes providing general updates on case status and processing routine information changes.

  • Accurately document all interactions, case updates, and relevant information within the internal systems.

  • Redirect claims and complex inquiries to the appropriate department or senior staff member for further handling.

  • Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism in all non-call client interactions.

  • Required to obtain your P&C license
