Are you a true master of G-Code? Do you prefer manual programming over CAM? We are seeking a highly skilled and precision-focused Manual CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our production team. If you thrive on the challenge of programming parts directly on the machine control and have an expert command of Fanuc G-Code, we want to hear from you! This role is critical for producing high-tolerance, low-to-medium volume components.

As a Manual CNC Programmer/Machinist, you won't be chained to a computer. Your primary focus will be hands-on programming and production:

• Manual Programming Mastery: Write complex, efficient G-Code programs from scratch directly into the Fanuc CNC controller for new components.
  
  
• Complete Machine Setup: Perform full setups including fixturing, selecting and installing all tooling, setting tool and work offsets, and proving out first articles.
  
  
• Precision Machining: Operate CNC machines (Mill/Lathe - Specify machine type) to produce parts to extremely tight tolerances, often $\pm 0.001$ inch or less.
  
  
• Quality Control: Utilize precision metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to perform rigorous in-process and first-article inspections, ensuring strict adherence to GD&T requirements on blueprints.
