This is a critical role responsible for maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close processes. The ideal candidate is a numbers-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, local team based office environment with an outstanding benefits package.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and month-end closing procedures
Oversee or assist with processing invoices and tracking collections
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Provide documentation and support for year-end audits and tax filings
Ensure all financial transactions are performed in accordance with GAAP
