Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Production Manager. This position is located near Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The Production Manager will provide leadership to meet or exceed quality, on-time delivery, and gross profit goals for the non-destructive testing team.

The salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $120K to $140K, plus a potential performance bonus, and other great benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:

Create and lead a team of people who are cross trained, process focused and skilled to produce quality product that meets customer specifications
Provide the direction, training, and feedback to the team to ensure quality standards are met, i.e. working with ISO 9001, AS9100D and NADCAP, FAA, etc.
Responsible for the training, examination and certification of NDT Level I, II, and II technicians in certified disciplines
