Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Production Manager. This position is located near Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The Production Manager will provide leadership to meet or exceed quality, on-time delivery, and gross profit goals for the non-destructive testing team.

The salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $120K to $140K, plus a potential performance bonus, and other great benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:

• Create and lead a team of people who are cross trained, process focused and skilled to produce quality product that meets customer specifications
  
  
• Provide the direction, training, and feedback to the team to ensure quality standards are met, i.e. working with ISO 9001, AS9100D and NADCAP, FAA, etc.
  
  
• Responsible for the training, examination and certification of NDT Level I, II, and II technicians in certified disciplines
